Daniel James Amendola, well known as Danny Amendola, was born in The Woodlands, Texas in the United States of America on November 2, 1985.
He is an American footballer who plays as a wide receiver on the National Football League (NFL). In 2008, he was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Dallas Cowboys. His father, Alfred Willie Amendola is also a football head coach who currently coaches the Concordia Lutheran High School, football team.
Danny Amendola began his football career in high school, where he played for The Woodlands High School under coach Weldon Willig. He was also enrolled at Texas Tech University where he played collegiate.
Amendola has now retired from professional football after playing for a year for Houston Texans from September 7, 2021, to July 2022.
